7 Tips On a Diet You Can Do!

1. Do not avoid breakfast
Sarapan merupakan cara terbaik untuk melakukan diet karena dapat memberikan energi untuk kebutuhan anda sepanjang hari.Meninggalkan sarapan berarti membuat anda lapar dan kemungkinan besar untuk makan dalam jumlah yang banyak di siang harinya. Dengan begitu penting sekiranya untuk anda yang akan melakukan diet memperhatikan asupan makanan ketika sarapan karena dengan makanan yang sehat akan meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh anda.

2. Drink 8 glasses of water per day

Mendapatkan berat badan ideal bukan dari asupan makanan saja akan tetapi kebutuhan cairan tubuh yang harus dipenuhi. Menurut penelitian yang dilakukan dengan minum air dua gelas sebelum makan merupakan cara terbaik dalam menurunkan berat badan. Penuhi kebutuhan minum dengan air mineral anda setiap hari sebanyak 7-8 gelas perhari.

3. Eat small, frequent meals

Makan dengan jumlah yang sering dan dalam porsi yang sedikit merupakan cara yang terbaik.Hal ini karena akan meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh anda dan membantu menurunkan berat badan. Anda dapat makan 5 kali sehari dengan rentan waktu 3-4 jam tentunya pilihan makanan yang tepat dan sehat.

4. Avoid eating when going to sleep

Sebaiknya hindari makan besar 2-3 jam sebelum tidur dikarenakan makanan yang baru anda cerna akan menjadi timbunan lemak di dalam tubuh apalagi untuk makanan mengandung karbohidrat dan protein yang tinggi. Jika anda lapar makan beberapa buah karena banyak mengandung enzim yang mudah dicerna ketimbang beberapa makanan lainnya.

5. Choose healthy snacks

Bagi anda yang berdiet memilih cemilan sehat adalah cara terbaik. Pilihlah beberapa cemilan sehat ternyata tidak selamanya rasanya kurang dinikmati justru beberapa cemilan ternyata menjadi favorit anda seperti kacang, popcorn dan biji wijen yang mempunyai manfaat dalam meningkat metabolisme tubuh.

6. Avoid processed foods

Karbohidrat yang terdapat di dalam makanan olahan tidak baik bagi kesehatan begitu juga dengan anda yang sedang berdiet dikarenakan dapat memicu peradangan. Makanan yang mengandung lemak tinggi seperti dalam junk food sangat berpotensi mengagalkan diet anda. Sehingga lebih baik untuk anda mengolahnya sendiri dengan kandungan garam yang sedang.

7. Sports

Diet sehat adalah beberapa cara yang bisa anda lakukan tanpa bantuan obat. Olahraga merupakan serangkaian diet sehat yang bisa anda lakukan dengan mudah seperti melakukan aerobik, lari, bersepeda, berenang dengan secara rutin dan durasi yang tepat. Terlalu banyak melakukan olahraga tanpa asupan gizi yang seimbang akan membuat anda rentan terhadap beberapa gangguan kesehatan.
